On this project, we added 16'x12' addition to the back corner of the owner's home. We cut an opening into the existing house and turned it into a 6' walk-through. We then framed this old dining into it's own master suite by framing a bedroom door. Also framed for a 9'x5' walk-in-closet. Gutted the bathroom in this area and built a tiled walk in shower, tile floor, and painted T&G Pine on the walls.
