We expanded this home by 420 square feet, creating a spacious new custom kitchen that is double the size of the previous footprint. We transformed an existing bedroom into a functional laundry utility room while constructing a brand-new bedroom suite. To complete the transformation, we installed cohesive flooring and matching trim throughout.
