Originally a simple covered patio, this space was reimagined to expand the dining and kitchen areas for an upcoming full-scale renovation. We began by removing the old pad and pouring a sturdy new foundation. Our team framed the patio, installed a fresh door and windows, and added a 12'x8' storage unit. To complete the look, we extended the elegant coffered ceiling design throughout.
