This project involved constructing a spacious 16.5' x 40' workshop with 12' high walls, seamlessly integrated with the existing garages. By carefully salvaging and repurposing the original brick for the front facade, we maintained the home's character while introducing a modern aesthetic using Hardie fiber cement siding and a large overhead door with side light panels. Functionality was improved by creating a new 6' interior walkway and upgrading the main electrical service to support the new shop.
